Day 6

Day 6 was Kempo X, I like the workout but I wish it was a little more intense. Next week I plan on "double timing" the whole workout not just the final 10 reps. I also plan on adding the Ab Ribber to my day 6 workout.

My diet stayed good, as I continue to take in as much protein as I can, eggs whites and turkey bacon for breakfast, tuna and fruit or salad for lunch, and grilled chicken or fish for supper.

Proverbs 6
Truth, I always grew up being told not to hate but in Proverbs 6 we read "these 6 things the Lord hates"
1. a proud look
2. a lying tongue
3. hands that shed innocent blood
4. a heart that thinks up wicked plans
5. feet that run to evil.
6. someone that stirs up trouble among friends.

Day 2-5

It has been a crazy week. We have been moving houses this week as well as running the VBS for about 75 kids! My internet has been down at the house untill tonight.

P90X

I had forgotten just how sore you get during the begining of P90X. I have been really sore in a good way this week. Plyo on day 2 was really tough and also the legs and back today. Legs and back is my lest favorite and I really had to stay motivated to push through it.

Diet
I have lost 4lbs so far and now am under 150 bringing my total loss down to 41 lbs. I have been eatting lots of protien with a shake everyday too. I am taking the Jacked 3d with the Con-Crete on the lifting days.

Bible Study
Proverbs 2- Truth- Wisdom has to be found and applied to you life, only then will it keep you from evil. Just knowing wisdom is foolish, it must be applied.
Proverbs 3- Truth- I am nothing apart from the wisdom of God and for that I should honor God with everything I have.
Proverbs 4- Truth- Walking in the path of evil is to walk in darkness which means you are blind and will fall and stumble every step you take. But to see where you are going with wisdom gives you security and peace.
Proverbs 5- Truth- Lust make look like something sweet like honey but in the end it stings like a bee.

Day 1

With a long busy day ahead of me I decided to do my P90X first thing in the morning....before my coffee and everything! Today was Chest & Back with the all powerful Ab Ripper mixed in. It has been 3 weeks since my last P90X workout and I felt it all the way through this workout. After the workout I was SPENT! I made it all the way through but it was tough! My meals today are

Breakfast
6 egg whites with a pinch of Fat Free Cheese
2 slices of Turkey Bacon
1 bottle of Water

Lunch

1 Can of Tuna
handful of plain almonds
banana


Snack
Protein Shake

Supper
Grilled Salmon
Light Salad

Tonight Snack
Fruit Smoothie
